Job analysis is an important part of human resource management because it helps organizations achieve organizational goals by improving productivity, service, and quality. Job analysis is a procedure for determining the duties and skill requirements of a position as well as what kind of individuals are employed in that position. The aim of this research is to see how the influence of job analysis, recruitment and selection affects employee performance. The purpose of job analysis is to: establish employee specifications, determine training needs, determine ranking, develop methods. One important part of the human resource management (HRM) process is job analysis, recruitment and selection. Therefore, the person who carries out this process must be trustworthy, or professional, because this will produce professional human resources (HR), which will influence employee performance and company goals. Employees' jobs do not only depend on skill and professionalism; they must also consider moral aspects that will protect the company from damage.
