Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Pendapatan Terhadap Prouktivitas Kerja Karyawan KSU Resky Mandiri Pratama Di Kabupaten Jeneponto

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and income on the work productivity of KSU Resky Mandiri Pratama employees in Jeneponto Regency. This study uses quantitative research. The data source used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to KSU Resky Mandiri Pratama employees in Jeneponto Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses census techniques or saturated sampling. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and income have a positive and significant partial effect on the work productivity of KSU Resky Mandiri Pratama employees in Jeneponto Regency.
