Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and timely review and publication process.

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

AJMBY accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
    Empirical studies with clear methodology, data analysis, and findings.

  • Conceptual Papers
    Theoretical discussions offering new perspectives or frameworks in management and business.

  • Literature Reviews
    Comprehensive reviews of existing literature that provide insights and identify research gaps.

  • Case Studies
    In-depth analyses of real-world business or management practices.


2. Manuscript Preparation

a. Language

All manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a native speaker or professional editor before submission.

b. Format and Length

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Recommended length: 5,000 to 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

  • Use 1.15 line spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, with normal margins (2.5 cm all sides).

c. Structure

Manuscripts should include the following sections:

  1. Title (clear, concise, and informative)

  2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation

  3. Abstract (150–250 words, including objectives, methods, results, and conclusions)

  4. Keywords (3–5 words/phrases)

  5. Introduction

  6. Literature Review

  7. Methodology

  8. Results and Discussion

  9. Conclusion

  10. References

Additional sections such as "Acknowledgments" and "Appendices" may be included where appropriate.


3. Citation and References

All references must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition style. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their references.

  • Journal Article:

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted via email to: [Insert submission email address]

  • The subject line should include: Manuscript Submission – AJMBY – [Article Title]

  • A cover letter must be attached, stating the originality of the manuscript and confirming that it is not under review elsewhere.


5. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. The identities of authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review. Authors will receive feedback within 4–8 weeks from the date of submission.


6. Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to the journal’s publication ethics. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited. AJMBY uses plagiarism detection software to ensure originality.


7. Copyright and Licensing

By submitting a manuscript, authors agree that, if accepted, the article will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
