Authors who publish in Al Asri Journal of Management and Business Yapnas (AJMBY) agree to the following terms:

• Authors retain copyright of the work and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

• This license permits:

  • Use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium

  • Adaptation and commercial use

  • As long as the original work is properly cited and credit is given to the authors and the journal.

• Authors are permitted to:

  • Enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in AJMBY.

• Authors are encouraged to:
